Since covid 19 have started most of our days are in home. Have not been able to go out or enjoy the outside world, I was getting anxiety attacks. The only way to escape from it is to make ourself engaged in something.
I am here with some ideas that make me relax for a little.
1. Do crafting, cooking, read books etc.
2. Keep our body fit by doing some exercises. Even if it is once or twice or thrice or everyday or alternative days, find some good workouts that is good for your body. Avoid overdo. Don’t so the work outs which harm your body. Look for some which are effective for YOURSELVES, not for anyone else.
3. If you like doing something like dance, singing, swimming or other games, improve it. For example, I love dancing, so I always try to learn new moves.
4. Try something new. As for me I started blogging, so it makes me always do something. Even if I am already done with a blog and I am having a chill day, if I get bored, I always come to write new blog.
5. Spend some of your time with family, friends and all your loved ones. Even if you are having a bad day, just talking to your family makes you feel good.
6. Make your relationship with god stronger, he will give you the power.
That’s all are my simple tips to survive quarantine. Stay safe.
